Edited to add: if you are doing commercial work ( demoing a mobile home) or have MORE than 5 CY of demo, then you must haul it up to Bass Hill Landfill. I would recommend that you call the main office at 530-252-1273 and speak to someone for more definitive answers! From the Doyle Post Office it is 7.2 miles to the Herlong Transfer Station. Take 395 North to the first Herlong turn-off (Garnier Rd), then go 2.7 miles to Herlong Dump Road. Turn right onto Herlong Dump Road and drive for 3/10 of a mile. You'll run into the Transfer Station gate.
Let me explain I'm doing a job in Doyle and it's a mobile home that's been smashed up and I have to get rid of all the debris and of course I'll take the metal to the scrap yard but I'm trying to find the cheapest way to dispose of it maybe a dumpster or I've heard you guys are just a transfer station you only take two cans is that right can you give me some advice I live in Reno or some phone numbers that I could get ahold of somebody to get things started tomorrow it needs to be done within 10 days
