No they are not open on Sundays Monday - Saturday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Don't show up at 4:30 though, it pisses them of and they will turn you way.

It depends on how much it weighs honestly I've been charged somewhere between $10 and $0 depending on what I have. This is in the back of a Toyota Tacoma with a 5-ft bed
