Why do they have bed bugs in every room and then dont give refunds when you check out within ten mintues of seeing the most disgusting rooms you have ever seen? The photos are not an actual representation of the hotel. Not even close.

I've spent many nights there without problems

I never saw any bed bugs when we stayed a few weeks ago and all the families I met there didn't complain either.

Because they want your money and do not care about the condition, heath and safety welfare for their guests.
