The care here is NOT immediate, nor are walk inside "welcome" the morning. The receptionist on Saturday morning was so RUDE and inconsiderate of someone who is not feeling their best. Because of proximity to home we tried it but because of the terrible service at check in we left and went elsewhere. We will NEVER come back to this facility.

It says walk ins are welcome and walk ins are not welcome. Saturday morning receptionist is very rude. She said since we didn't have an appointment it would be a 1.5-2 hour wait. This is not a place I will visit again.

There’s a serious miscommunication in the NorthShore world. When I went online to look up what the hours the clinic is open it said nothing about an appointment. Literally says “walk in clinic”. When I called and spoke to someone on the phone they assured me, that Lake Bluff and Skokie are walk in clinics. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. When I arrived with my 9 year old who was screaming in pain from his clear Strep throat, both receptionists shrugged their shoulders. Literally shrugged their shoulders as my son wailed in pain. They were zero help or even attempted so see if there’s anything they can do. I left sobbing holding my son. What a horrific way their medical system has failed me.

Everyone from the front desk, the medical assistant and Nurse Practioner treated me kindly and professionally. Way better than the ER if u can aviod it.
