Therapist are good but there is literally no communication related to billing and there is never a receptionist avail during business hours. My son was removed from the schedule and waitlisted for a co payment bill under $300 that I was on a payment plan for. My poor baby literally said I want to go to therapy but he can’t because this place can’t communicate and will remove your kid from the schedule because of a petty low balance co payment even if you’re on a payment plan schedule to get caught up. SAD. I have THREE KIDS IN THERAPY CO PAYS GET BACKED UP SOMETIMES. Ridiculous money hungry unprofessional center BEWARE.

We brought my at the time 3 year old son in for speech articulation concerns. He has been working with Drea Martinez for just over a year and the progress he has made is absolutely amazing. He is so much clearer when he speaks and strangers/family are able to understand a majority of what he says. She goes out of her way to find activities that keep his attention and he enjoys practicing. With the pandemic we have switched to virtual therapy which she has done flawlessly. She truly pays attention to what he talks about and enjoys and finds rewards that keep him motivated. We absolutely could not be happier with our experience.

IMHO this is the best place for any parent(s) out there who have children in need of speech or occupational therapy. Clinic is kept super clean & well maintained and the staff are excellent. Yesenia the receptionist helps provide exceptional customer service as well. Just wanted to send a BIG thank you to Meghan Levy & Lara (OT) for being so good to my son and for being so patient with him.

3/9/20 Hands down to the best choice of therapist . If I ever worried about my kids well being, they always put my concerns at ease. I love that they take the time to discuss issues that my husband and I have had and does it with a great sense of humor. i must saying that as soon as you enter the clinic every one there welcomes you with a smile on their face, especially the lady in the front desk i love how she tells my son are you ready to learn and make new friends?. i really do hope they help my kids and also Hope he stays around for a very long time!
