Are the beach sites actually on the sand? or is it the grassy area with the beach view? how high does the tide get?

Tent sites are in the sand. Some RV sites have ocean views and are close to the sand.

Some of the tent only sites are right on the beach. Any closer to the ocean and you would wet.

There are about 4 or 5 sites that are on the edge of the grass and sand is approx 10 ft away. The water at high tide doesn't get near your site.

There are some tent sites on the beach itself, some are on grass as well and lots trailer sites with & without hookups!

Sandy v You can tent camp on the actual beach. They have picnic tables and fire pits out there that the tides dont get to.
