Clothing optional all day. Be aware that most people are covered during the day... Not sure why ;)
People sometimes wear swim clothes into the pools, but it's rare. Whatever you're comfortable with is fine. Clothes on in the main lodge, café, and parking areas.
It was clothing optional everywhere I went but the main house. I'm not sure I saw any clothes on any one. FYI shower rooms are coed as well.

All hot springs, tubs and the changing/shower cabin are clothing optional, although I've never seen anyone with clothes on except while walking around the roads or main office.
