Sometimes a half hour or more, they have a great gift shop and have a great knowledge of local Native American History and they have a ride you can take through the redwoods.
To enjoy most I'd stay the day 5-6hrs. , A person can spend an hour just in shop.

It depends on how busy they are we had the place all to ourselves could of had a sandwhich if we packed a bag up on top.
If you take your time and enjoy the natural beauty all around you, expect about 2 hours.
Depending on walking pace and which trails are open (one or two can close due to time/weather IIRC) I would say 1-2 hours is a safe estimate
I seem to remember it was $20/person to ride to the top and back ... great views from the top both east and west! Do not hold me to it!
Plan on at least 1 hour you can walk on the path to look at trees and go check out the gift shop
