Yes, it does open earlier at 9am for people who would like to walk around inside the mall. The stores will not open until 10 and 11 on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
Site says it opens at 10am Monday through Saturday, 11am on Sunday. Don't think that will change regardless if you drive, walk or choose to fly on a unicorn.
