Is there outdoor dining in the mall where the food court is located on the 2nd floor? Due to the covid? And is it equipped with heated lamps?

No it's indoor dining on the 2nd floor only and I don't believe they have heating lamp since it is indoor

As of last Thursday people were aloud to eat inside in the food court, upstairs in the mall itself.
