To the best of my knowledge, Baxter Ave.theatre will let you rent out an entire room (theatre) for around $100 for 20 people. Great during pandemic...share a movie with your friends & buy concessions too.
You would need to pay a $250 licensing fee to the distributor and a $100 screening fee to Apex Entertainment.
