Just after opening until before 0900 and you'll probably have no wait on the weekends. During the week days you can carry that until 1000. Then they'll be busy until a little after 1300. They calm down again a little until closing.
Sorry for the (very) late answer! Weekends are usually the most busy, with times averaging 20-35 minutes, of course, it is usally less than told, if youre going with family.. Totall worth it.
