Always packed. Have to get there early. They will not let you in until 11:30. But you can tour the butcher shop which is awesome! Expensive but awesome!

I was there on a weekend and there was a waiting line for the dining room. We sat at the bar. Great service and food!!
no lunch is usually walk in and sit down at least on the weekdays.
Absolutely! Every day all day! And they do not take reservations.
