It's a transfer station for recycling, junk and demolition products like wood, sheet rock and metal.

The scale house was very professional. I told them it was first time there he directed me to the large pile put back. I backed up to dump and was rudely yelled at by loader operator that I was in the wrong spot, I offered to move to where he pointed out, which also ended up being the “wrong spot” for him after the insults and genuine poor people skills he had the audacity to ask me if I was able to follow directions when in fact he has trouble giving directions. Will never use this company again and it is a shame because a loader operator is an easy thing to replace if he is that terrible at his job and hates the customers that much. I ended up just leaving with my load and going to ERRCO in epping nh, friendly staff there and actually appreciate your business.

Scale operator/payment collector is great! Definitely a pleasant guy. The equipment operator I dealt with was awful. Verbally abusive over a piece of trash that didnt end up on the concrete dumping area. Great place to go if you want to get in a fight.

The driver of the front-end loader who separates and piles up the trash at the Raymond dump was abusive and insulting to me when I dropped off trash today. You don't need an employee like him who treats your customers so badly.

All things except for is considered curb side trash. They want that at the curb. Construction debris, old appliances. I cannot say where to see a list. They have not rejected anything that we have brought, including old TVs and a broken central air conditioner.
Yes its open to contractors and others willing to pay for disposal. Pull onto the scale, check in and proceed with disposal. The scale operator will give you proper instructions as to where your waste type needs to go.
