Lots of Mexican food is naturally gluten free, and this is a "scratch kitchen" so you should be okay with corn tortillas and tostadas and enchiladas because they are made with corn, not flour.
They don't currently have a dedicated menu, but my GF is,"GF" and they gladly accept her substitution requests, and she is always satisfied without fail.
