What is in the waiver you are asked to sign as they don't tell you or show you the waiver

It's basically a way for the dispensary to encourage responsible behavior. The waivers says things like you won't drive impaired, won't divert product, and won't transport it across state lines. It's a measure they can use to say that they aren't responsible if people do things the law enforcement may disagree with.

It's just so you're responsible and they don't get the fall back if something else happens

And you only have to sign it once. I wasnt asked to sign again on the following visits. Just show an ID and all set.
