Is the rate charged for when you arrive/pay or when you are playing? Ex: If you come in before noon to play for an hour, but due to setting up memberships/waiting for a bay your play time is pushed into 12:30. Are you charged $25 or $35?

Hey Chelsea! There are a few parts to your question. 1.The rate is charged for when you are actually playing. If you come in at 11AM and play until 1PM you will be charged $25 for the first hour and $35 for the second due to the time/price change. 2. You now create your memberships at the bay so it won't take you more than 2-7 minutes (Depending on the number of guests that need a membership) to get everyone set up and ready to play.

I think you are charged whatever the current rate is when you start. If your time is about up and the rate changes, then you would pay the next rate for whatever time ylu are there

You pay for hours of actual play

Personally I have not had a problem in a similar scenario and proactive communication to staff on the matter is key. I could see it possibly being a problem if the entire place is booked solid but yet to have experienced that. Enjoy!
