As the owner of both Grounds and a Tesla I have better info. There are two stations (not supercharges) one is behind Grounds run by the Victoria Inn, the other is at the Dunbar House just down the street. We are a small town but big on everything else; wineries, restaurants, great shops, a park and the best locals anywhere.
There is a charging station behind the Victoria Inn..right behind Grounds.
No charger at grounds or anywhere in Murphys that I know of. Murphys is a tiny town. People come here to get off the grid, enjoy food and drinks, and interact with the locals. Small town, big charm! You won't need fast charging as you'll be happy to stay a while :)
