Hello. I concerned about the environment and don't like to use a lot of plastic. What kind of take out containers do you use?

They are heavy duty plastic which I rinse and reuse for food I want to freeze!

It's a recyclable plastic. Don't forget to rinse it out or will go into the landfill by Recology Sonoma Marin, and won't matter what it's made of.

I think it's the same as any take out containers in Novato. Still foam or plastic.
