Service dogs are welcome in the casino, not sure about rooms.

Clear lake is super dog friendly..the casino..not so much The reason being ,is that anyplace where foods prepared &or served can not have any animals near it by law and can recieve steep fines from health dept. Due to people having allergy to pet dander..fleas .or even to some animals and if they are served food/drink that causes an allergic reaction they can sue casino AND health dept...even if it's mild. BUT.HERES THE SCREWED UP PART..they also by law can not ask service dogs not to come in ...although recently they passed an amendment allowing food service establishments the right to ask to see legal papers confirming your pet is a handicapped persons service dog ..(only....no more companions ..etc) but only in places where they serve you food or drink that's prepared there to eat All other places are still not suposed to ask for proof..your word is sufficient.
