Twin Pines Casino has almost a family like feeling to it ( but let's you know that adults can still have fun ). The hotel is really nice and I've only been in a standard room. I can only imagine what the deluxe and sweet look like. I've always liked the game choice and the people who work there are super super nice respectful and are always willing to help you if you need it ( I actually had one of the employees stop what they were doing to show me where something was ). The parking is great and the food is awesome! I like the fact that they haven't expanded the casino because I truly believe they are this way because they are the size they are. Thanks Twin Pines!

Fuel prices are lower than anyplace local, as you would expect at a tribal station. Employees are cordial and helpful. The casino is clean and well lit, and I saw no evidence of indoor smoking. The restrooms are clean and well stocked, and the games have plenty of room between, making it easy to move around. All in all, it was a pleasant visit. If you like games of chance, this would be a nice place to do a little hobby gambling. If you just need fuel, this is the best option anywhere near.

Have nothing but love for this tiny casino. I lived in HV 12 years ago and watched TP go from tent to actual casino/hotel. Staff is so friendly, food is great and inside is exceptionally clean. Since pandemic its smoke free. Haven't won big yet but doesn't stop me from driving up. One day! Definitely a must stop if passing through or if you're looking for a change

A great experience. You were able to check into your room at 3 in the afternoon but I didn't make it until 9 that night. I had called and said I was concerned that they would give my room away because of me running late. They assured me that they were not going to give my room to somebody else. The only drawback I feel there, they called my room early in the morning to say the locks were being changed on every door so they would be there within a half an hour to replace the lock on my room door

Just so I'm clear, you feel as though since you spend $1000 a month there ($12,000 a year), that, that is the going price for respect. From my observations over the years, those that put a price tag on respect generally see it as a one way street. Most staff that are seen as being disrespectful are generally federal minimum wage employees and not seeing your $1000 a month. Quit putting a price on people and try being nice to everyone.

I have been going to TP for 22 years, off/on. I have never, NEVER, received a free room since hotel built. I have faimily who come maybe 1 time every 6 months, they get free rooms all the time. The ppl @ TP say " oh, it's because they probably spend alot" . Nope, I know they don't spend more than 40-50 dollars every 6 mths, because I give them the money to play.. Or they wouldn't go at all. So that's what I do now, I don't go At All. They treat locals like trash, just to fill the seats. RENO treats Locals Good, they should take a hint. They send me free money all the time, they can shove it.

Yes. Depending on where you live. If you are coming from Napa valley take butts canyon Rd. And then when you get to the 29 take a left to the casino. If you agree coming from anywhere else normal route is open
