As a former employee and still have friends that work for tops markets... NO tops will not close. Maybe some of the stores that are not showing profits. Most likely the stores that are heavily around Wegmans stores may close. Tops markets are way over priced. The only reason people shop there is because of Buy one get one free items. They loose alot of money. Its like giving money away. Ill admit i go there only for BOGO...the rest of my shopping is at wegmans. Wegmans meats are way better than tops and half the price. That would be a shame. The Spencerport Tops is one of their nicest stores.
