I went through the wash today and asked for the Ultimate. I was charged $16 but on the website it says the Ultimate price is $12. I verified that my receipt says Ultimate wash $16. What I was charged first match your website.

Whatever the price says at the location is the price for there. The website is usually not updates as much and not for that specific location.
