Let me tell you all, don't waste your time or money. I drove my pretty Caddy XTS through the $ 25.00 wash and it ended up looking worse than it did going in. First, it wouldn't remove the bugs on the front. Then I went back and they put me through it again. Still no luck. Plus one side of the car was still wet with spots all over. The guy in charge was a nice friendly guy who came out and told me they have dryer problems which have been going on for weeks! There's no sign outside telling anyone this. Tried to get my money back and they said can't do it call the home office. Guess what I tried and couldn't talk to anyone because they kept saying please wait for 13 minutes then wait another 13 minutes then wait for 18 minutes. So I hung up. Finish Line is a good name because I'm FINISHED with them! Hell of a way to run a business. Sad...Well, well, looks like there are a lot of bad reviews. What bothers me is you didn't even offer to refund the money you tricked me out of. Seems to me you need to make it right. And anyone who calls your place great must be day drinking. I'm just saying. A lot of people are saying the same thing I'm saying. Your place is trash. We don't have money to waste. Your place needs an overhaul. Please make it right.

My first and last time here! I went to use the vacuums and get a car wash. Paid 20 dollars for a car wash (i’ve never spent that much on a car wash). First complaint is the dryers at the end do a TERRIBLE job of drying your car. Secondly, my car looked the exact same after coming out of the wash, and only to disappoint me more the wash broke one of my brand new wipers:( will never be using their services again.

Some genius decided to clean out the vacuum machine while there were dozens of customers using it, right after days of rain. Absurd that I take my 10,000 dollar car to the car wash to clean it, and end up ruining the interior and depreciating it even faster.... The manager on duty even said he told them not to be cleaning out the vacuums while they were in use, because this could happen after rain.

Usually stop by here. Stopped by today for middle wash option and they have changed over to the name finish line. They didn’t spray my car off and the internal mechanisms did a really bad job. Might give them one more chance but I’ll just go to mikes car wash if this is the new norm. Can see the speckles left on my car and hood is still dirty.
