There is a paved path from the parking lot to the falls. To get up close, you would have to traverse stairs. I believe you can see the falls from the pathway, but a wheelchair wouldn't be able to get up close.
I think if you cross the foot bridge you'd be able to see the front
Is the park open in the winter?
There is a point at the top of the falls that is accessible by wheelchair, just off the main trail.
Yeah I believe they'll be able to be up top of the falls and have to look down? I'll be going their soon again and I'll let everyone know for sure!
