I've seen dogs on the outdoor patio
I have been there a half dozen times or more over the years. I do not ever recall seeing any dogs or pets. I would say it is not dog friendly, BUT I do not know for sure.
You would have to call them. Last time I ate there I didn't notice any dogs.
