Dont mind you cleaning up the mess. My question is if you had complaints why did you wait? I mean seriously rush hour on a Friday? I hope you wasted an hour of your life. Trying to blame others for your poor planning isn't cutting it here. You had so many complaints i doubt you got them all on Thursday. I think someone was being spiteful. My guess is they told the community it was fine and the community took action. Then it was decided we will show them, Friday during rush hour, they won't complain again.
Great question I was there working and the reason we were there is because of local complaints about the road. There were so many complaints on this section of the road that Virginia D.O.T. was not allowed to wait any longer. So if you're upset please take it up with your neighbors, not the ones trying to clean up your mess. Thank you for your concern
