As of late, more and more of the machines have been down, forcing people to wait longer cause no machine is available, even when it's empty. What is management doing to fix this?

Are you sure you have the right Laundromat? We have a mechanic that comes once a week, occasionally we need to order parts but most machines are repaired within one week.

Oh no. I get my laundry done there but will be needing to use a machine soon :(

I was there about 10 days ago and I counted eleven washers not working.
