Question. My card didn't appear to be working the dryer at 1st. I swiped 60 min which I didn't need. Before start . Was there a way to reduce the time.

Used their wash service. The pricing was a little confusing, since they advertise per pound- but the item I brought (large comforter) was charged by piece. I don't think the cost was unfair, but I would have liked to be aware thar was a possibility before coming in. Otherwise no complaints- everyone was very nice and helpful, and the place is very well laid out and clean. Will utilize again in the future!

I am really disappointed with this speed was laundry I come here all the time never did I expect to have seen what I saw there were stickers on almost every washer and dryer with signs stating no service on each machine and on dryer's out …Sorry Nancy, we are starting a night shift on this coming Monday to address this problem. The machines were being used for a large pickup order, we have employees out sick so we had lots of extra to catch up on this morning. It is not OK what happened to you and I am working and hiring an overnight shift so we don't get in customers way any more starting next week. I wish it was done sooner so you didn't experience it today and I hope you accept my sincere apology. If you are interested in returning some day please reach out to me.
