It's really up to you how engaged you want to get with the activities during your stay. When you book you are contacted by a coordinator that can help you plan every minute of every day with a HUGE variety of different health focused activities. Everything from classes to outdoor activities, to sports to spiritual/emotional activities, all professionally lead. On the other hand, if you want to get massages, swim in the pool and totally do your own laid back thing, you can do that too without any pressure.
Wake up, go to one of the classes, have breakfast, choose a spa treatment or some other activity (archery, mountain bike, run...) Then have lunch either at the cafe or at the restaurant. My favorite is the cafe, their flatbreads are delicious and there's a shorter wait in comparison to the restaurant. Then hang out at the library or borrow a movie from the reception. For dinner is the same thing as for lunch, though make sure to make a reservation if you plan to dine at the formal restaurant.
