The last December I ordered some posters from Walmart and haven't received them I did receive a email that read ups couldn't find the address I replayed please resend but nothing. what should I do

Call ups and customer service of Wal-Mart. You should get a refund., if you Have proof of purchase. Always verify the address no p.o.box. proper zip and can also leave special delivery instruction along with directions.
