What is the difference between 3D and XD ?

XD has a wall to wall screen, as well as having better locational audio because there are many more speakers. 3D has you wearing glasses that make the images pop out of the screen

I'd say 3D kinda pops outta the screen and focuses more on that aspect as opposed to XD focusing more on Audio and Video quality. 3D tends to be a bit darker screen as well.
