I had a private patio with a large jetted bathtub. Sun suite and surf suite i think are the names of those rooms. Had small fridge and microwave. $170 or $180 average a night, I think. I had a dog. Late December (including Christmas).
Peak season we paid about 180 per night....there was a communal hot tub, bbq area and fire pit on the property. No private decks or tubs.
