Yes, as long as they are in the fire ring. Making sure to put the fire out does help the onsite caretaker.
Yes u can but u must have a bucket of water and dirt with shovel for when u are leaving or bedding down for the night or leaving for a hike and make sure it is cool to the back of ur hand. And top of the list is asking the camp ground care taker about having a fire because of fire season restrictions
