Very clean camp ground. The site is mostly for RV but can accommodate tents as well. The maintenance staff is friendly and accommodating. The water front and walking distance to the river makes this site outshine.

Beautiful and friendly park. We showed up from Oregon, looking anywhere for a place to park out travel trailer. We hasn't realized it was memorial day weekend! The park was no vacancy, but the camp host said hold up a minute..... he came back and told us one of the campers had reserved 2 spaces and their friends hadn't showed up so one space was going unused!! He said we would of course have to pay the lady for the unused spot, but she gave it to us for just a few dollars (she needed tokens for the showers). That saved us 60$ during the two days we've been here so far. We are hoping it clears out after memorial day is over in case we need to stay a few more days while waiting for a monthly spot to open up at a park in Marysville. They don't do monthly spots here, only 14 days per every 30 days. That's unfortunate, it's so pretty here I'd love to call this campground home!

The caretaker is an amazing and friendly man. Came by a couple minutes after I arrived to greet me, suggest a spot for my tent, and to see if I needed any assistance. Was a fun weekend and I will definitely be coming back many times in the future I'm sure!

Our favorite spot to get away and relax.. Just a drive up the 20 and turn off to the right, you see the local salmon, geese and other little creatures beautiful walking area and I believe they are getting ready for camping season... We even take our family photos there... Beautiful beautiful location

You need to call yuba county parks and recreations.sycamore ranch is historic to native American people.
The kiosk is suppose to be open for single site reservations mid July. But like someone mentioned earlier you can give me a call and I can put your name on a site. So far there has been open spots but you never know.
No they don't. Do bring your mosquito spray
Yes RV and tents
$30 A night
The stores down the street have bundles for sale, but there's plenty of wood you can gather up to burn.
Check in is at 2 sometimes earlier if the spot is open
It goes in and out
No monthly 14 days max in any month
I'm sure you could I'd call and ask the care taker.
No cost for dayuse except gazebo area large one is 130 a day and smaller one is 90 both have power options available and large one has internet access also
Yes one year I don't have a tent I lay down my seats in my SUV put the air mattress in
If your looking for serious fishing, sycamore ranch side is a bit slim...although you can catch small fish, I have yet personally seen anything large out of there at least in the park...try the other side maybe? But there is also the river...good luck!!...UPDATE!! There are some hidden lunkers to be had...be patient...
Yes, as long as they are in the fire ring. Making sure to put the fire out does help the onsite caretaker.
Tentatively April 5th
Told yesterday campground will be open in April. Still first come first get on sites. Unless you are reserving group sites.
As of 2018, it's 14 days, in a 30 day period. $30 a night $45 for oversize. There is power and water hookups at each site. A dump station is provided. Soon you'll be able to reserve individual campsites online.
They do not have monthly rentals here. 14 days max in a 30 day period.
The prices changed, a single site is now $30 a night, the large pull through sites are a little more.
No. It evacuated for cautionary reasons. But it is now open.
