Does anyone know for certain that you have to wear a mask going to the hotel?

I was there on November 5th, there were no mask requirements to enter the hotel.

I called the hotel and they said that you have to wear a mask when entering till you get into your room and also for when you check-out of your room or when leaving the building

I was there the weekend of October 23 and masks were not required to enter the hotel!
