I dont know if this helps but how do you define an outet mall see wher im from ft wayne outlit means siscount and we have never had an outlit mall in this city however there are alot of good deals that even the everyday working man can afford. This entire toen is a decent place all areas i grew up north lived south hung out west and now live east this is an awesome city
No it is not an outlet mall. It is an outdoor mall with regular department stores
