Where in Walmart policy does it say that tobacco can only be returned to the store in which it was purchased? My husband got chewing tobacco as a gift and he does not use that brand. They cited this policy when we tried to return it.

In the Returns Guide, ask to see it. It's supposed to be on the customer service counter.

Never knew you could return tobacco products after purchase, wether a gift or not. I've tried a few times myself at ither store and was told, "once purchased, their yours." In effect a no return policy.
