Yes and no, there is a fence around 1 side of the orchard and nothing around the other. I think maybe the side without the fence is for the public to pick from and the fenced side is just for Indian Ladder employees to pick from, you can see this on the street view photo.

There is a wood fence not sure that will keep them out.
