It depends on your definition of easy. There are very few paved paths, the parking is gravel and the ground can be very uneven in some sections. However my family was able to bring my wheelchair-bound grandmother there without much trouble. As long as you plan on starting near the main field you shouldn't have any issues.
Yes they have handicap parking and walkways
I work in the general store and there were a ton of people in wheel chairs coming up the hill. The person pushing will have to push uphill a little to go to the stores or you pick. If you just want to go to the main field it is gravel paths with some sticks but very level. Many people were there with strollers also with no problem.
No. It may be possible, but it will be difficult. You csn pull a car up close enough for a good view
