Service was very good. I visit a variety of Tim Hortons and the staff is invariably better at customer service than the other fast food chains.

When ordering food inside the screen for the menu disappears and some asinine screen saver appears! What kind of numbskull would design something like that in a food establishment?

Questions & Answers

Why do they only let certain people in the establishment? The door's are locked in the morning and at night. But only certain people are given access to go inside. ???

Unless you know for sure they aren't employees, they may close the inside access for select hours.
