This is a small privately owned store by the native tribe there. They aren't that big. I would just call them and see if you can make an arrangement that way. Small businesses do not have the money to pay 4000 dollars for a web designer, actual average cost for a business website can be anywhere between 4000 to 10000 depending on how large a business is. No small time shop would want to pay for that kind of maintenance.
