Terrible service !! We did an online mobile order. The drive thru line was really long so I went into the store to pick up our order. I walked into the store and saw a sign that said "mobile order pickup" so I did under the sign at the counter. 6 workers looked at me but no one said anything. I knew the store was busy so I shrugged it off and waited a couples minutes for someone to be able to help. After about 5 minutes no one had helped so finally I asked how to pickup my order. I was told I needed to go stand in a long line. Why is there a mobile pickup sign of it's not accurate. Why didn't any of the 6 workers that saw me standing there say something. Terrible experience. Won't be back.

Often get my order wrong or over charge me for Alicante when I order a meal. Often out of lunch items or breakfast items to ck.plete the meal
