Yes but the smoke shop right next to them it almost looks connected. They have better pens and consintrates. I've been there 3 times and never knew if I walked out the door just a few steps away they sold pens etc. It's literally connected to the rez smoke shop.

Yes. Quality and brands may vary. Some of the ones I have tried were not as good as those I've had from other states. But yes, they exist. Good brand in general for pens are Glo Carts. Beat recommendation, get a puffco pen and concentrates
