They pump your gas plus it's cheaper. Cigarettes are 25 a carton, but I don't smoke. Lots of stuff crammed in the store and a pipe section for smoking loose tobacco. Prices on other store items are not cheaper.

If zero stars was an option, that’s what they would be getting…My father went to this place and bought 15 cartons of Signal box 100s and 16 cartons of Native box 100s along with two dream catchers, totaling $794. He paid in cash. When I picked up the cigarettes from him I noticed my 16 cartons of Natives were not 100s, they were regulars. I called the store and talked to the manger Liz and respectfully requested that they exchange them for 100s. We unfortunately didn’t keep the receipt because we have never had to return cigarettes before. She refused to agree to exchange them claiming they “don’t know you bought them here” even though I was able to describe the cashier, the date and time the purchase was made, the amount of the purchase and the items purchased. She refused and when I asked why they wouldn’t exchange them when they do not keep their cigarettes out for the customer to shop for themselves, they expect the cashier to give the correct cigarettes that were requested. She hung up on me. This is ridiculous. They would not be losing money. Just providing simple customer service to rectify a mistake their employee made… it would not have been difficult to do and is simply the ethical thing to do. I guess this business loses the $800 we spend every 3 months at their establishment. Hope it’s worth being petty over.

I had a defective product (Hyde curve max) that I exchanged for a replacement of the same product, first of all “kinu” was the name on the receipt so I’ll assume that this is the worker that took care of me. She gave me a hard time regarding an exchange, though I was explicitly informed that if I am sold a defective product, I can receive an exchange and not be hassled about it. However, I was given a snotty and accusing attitude by who I assumed to be “kinu” that was unnecessary when I tried to explain that the receipt for the product was over a week old and I don’t live in the immediate area of the shop. I have to commute to get to this shop and I do it regularly because it has great deals, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt deliberately disrespected by a staff member. She did adhere to my request and exchanged the Hyde for another of the same model, of which I will be returning because after three days the battery has died. 3 days! They’re supposed to last about 2500 hits and I obviously couldn’t use all of that energy in 3 days unless I’m a superhuman, or I have a deathwish. I have had problems with the Hyde brand before and my husband and I have tried multiple models to find which is the best fit for us, and there are often defects that we have returned or exchanged with no trouble, but this time I felt as thought the worker assumed I was trying to cheat the system. I had a valid product with a valid receipt as well as a valid reason for not exchanging the item sooner, but I felt uncomfortable with the way that the worker continued to ask me questions about why I did t call the store and let them know if the issue. Obviously the answer to that question is irrelevant as I was physically in the store in her presence with a valid receipt. Now I have proof that the product is defective because 3 days after said exchange the battery is dead!!! Obviously Hyde has a quality issue, and unless your business intends to halt Hyde sales, please just admit and acknowledge that their products are often defective and you, as a retailer are the middle man between manufacturers and customers and you rely more on the customers loyalty than the product you sell. For without the customers there would be no one to get a product . So if a customer has a return or exchange, you should honor that without making the customer feel like they’ve done something wrong. Strongly considering switching to another store once this location has honored my exchange.
