Is it normal to be open but completely ignore customers in the drive through? I called the store and that said they were open but completely backed up (there were two cars in the drive) and just can't get to you. Is this normal business??

No it's not. I would call corporate and file a complaint. I'm sure they would like to know that. That's not good for business.

Shouldn't be normal but they probably had a bunch if people call off.
