The store is placed in a very high volume location where customers shops from open to close. This clearly suggests that the items are reasonable and customer service is good.
The one in janaf shopping center is even worse, probably because it's Norfolk, never have that issue at va beach Walmarts.
I d not agree. The store is very busy and I see the staff always stocking. If you need something, just ask. They are so willing to help. PS. I have no connection to WalMart.
They are a busy store. Perhaps they can up rheir orders and/or have more frequently delivered items because yes they do run out of same products often. Indicating that there is a higher demand for certain items at this particular location.
Maybe more people shop there

Its located in a lower income bracket compared to va-beach's workforce. (I would guess thats most of Norfolk) Thus, all the good low priced items tend to get bought up more than management can restock. Ive noticed that this store is always packed. My guess is that a large percentage of the community is coming here for its grocery needs.
It's a great store as far as how thay treat customers.. but I agree there are always outs, and things not in the same places.
