These people are evil! After paying 40 dollars for parking ticket and we forgot to put in on dashboard, they towed our car. After a long walk to the office, they told us to pay another 145 dollars!! what if there are unexpected difficult circumstances that people are going through and you don't have any sympathy toward another human beings? These people make money by tricking people, some one should really press charges on them because they are ripping people off!!

The driver was super rude, I found out he could of dropped my car for a $25 fee, he wouldn't tell me where he was taking my car. I had to call the police to find the tow yard. They don't accept apple pay. They driver told he didn't feel like working tonight and he had other things to do. He told me he was glad I was walking and I would have to wait until 9 in the morning. Then the driver called my phone and hung up. When I did get my car I went to 7-11 the driver tried to block me in the parking space. I called to complain and never got a call back. The driver was very unprofessional and rude driver 115. Remember Virginia was the first slave state and some people think they can do whatever they wish. Boycott the ocean front because the are terrible down there.

Critical: Professional, customer service, scammers! **ZERO STARS** This is the most unprofessional company. The dispatcher is rude as hell. I called to retrieve my vehicle and she would not give me an ETA on when the driver would arrive until I was physically at the location ONLY to state she could not give an ETA once I was there. So pretty much you have to wait until the driver shows up whenever that maybe to retrieve your vehicle. How is this place 24 hours with no indication when the driver will be in the area? They don't take payments over the phone and will not tow the vehicle back to its original location. I'm reporting this company. The way the operate is borderline theft because they are insistant on not giving vehicles back to owners. Or they play games to rack up storage fees. Predatory practices.
