Why is it that Best Buy Lacey Washington fails to answer their phones? I have called multiple times and have waited on hold as long as 45 minutes. Never has an employee answered the phone while I have waited. Is this common practice for Best Buy?

Their phone service gets routed through a call circulating system, So if you are wanting to get a hold of someone it is sometimes better to hang up and call again instead of waiting.

I don't bother to call. I just go there and hope to get what I need with minimal help and leave.
