Very disappointed with Applebees. We came in gave our name they said wait time 10 min. We waited overa half hour ask why they did not call us they gave our table to some one who just walked in as they called my name they said they were us.

Well it's not truly Applebee's fault, what do you want them to do? Ask for ID everytime they sit a table?
